The family loved the pool

When we arrived we had difficulty contacting the said key holder when we did make contact she said she would be there in 10 min...it was nearly an hiur before we got the key. Having to wait on the road as security would not allow us to enter :((( As no studio apartment was available we were offered a 2 bedroom condo which was very nice and very clean..so we invited members of our family to use the other room...again ID had to be given in at the gate...also when we went to the pool to swim we were told that no more than 4 person from one room were allowed to swim and you myst nit wear cotton only silk..so i paid for the condo but it was me who sacrificed my swim. If you take a vehicle and the outside car park is full you have to pay a further P300 something that i feel should of been mentioned on the booking application.

Very bad

This apartment was far away from shops and other facilities. On arrival there was no water available, and the shop was 2 km away. There was a bus connection..... but only until 7pm. This place is not suitable for families with children.

My kids enjoyed so I am happy.

The unit was clean. It has all the basic amenities that we need. The second unit that we stayed in was neat and has all the amenities too.

The sofa bed needed to be cleaned, it may need to be vacuumed. The TV is working but no CIGNAL load. I wish we were informed so we can buy a USB to watch movies. The second unit was fine. The pan is damaged although still usable. I also hope they have cleaned the dining chairs. The stains are quite visible. I hope we also had keys to the bedroom, just so we can also lock the door if we are outside (for added security). I wish Marites brief us with things to avoid in the vicinity of San Remo. I hope she educated us a more on the management policy and penalties.

Affordable yet kind of luxurious accomodation.

The host and accomodation fee. Host was accomodating and honest. Fee was a little lower than expected, maybe the host gave some discounts?

AC unit in our room and blinds for both rooms. AC unit in our room was producing noise like of a defective AC unit.

Its fine. Hope they wont charge for the excessting visitors to used the pool.

The place is so peaceful. I like the room so clean aswell the kitchen althought to small but is alright.

I just dnt like coz they charge alot for a piece of plate that was broken.

Unit room, staff and owner are okay. But not the property management and security is annoying.

The assistant/staff was friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool looks fine.

The security guards are annoying to the point of being intrusive. It's okay to be vigilant but more than that is irrelevant. Upon entering the gate i was asked of my purpose and then i was told to leave my id and then i was asked if i was there for drop off or pick up. I honestly did not know what they were talking about and so i just said drop off. I was the only person in my car. Upon entering the basement i was asked again by another security of my purpose, my room number, if i am here for drop off or pick up, this time i answered pick up. I remember both of us looked confused. Then he asked me if i am alone, so i said maybe not (the accommodation is good for two, i did not want to elaborate further to a security guard). He asked me again of another id and told me to log in... this is just a few minutes into the crazy experience. The same guard asked me again the following day of my purpose but then he remembered a few seconds afterwards. What a moron. I am not over reacting. Compare this to say an experience with marriot or similar hotels, the questions and answers are just with the reception. The security guards dont even ask any. And the parking is free. For san remo the parking is expensive even if you are a tenant. The common parking is so far away. The next day i even received a parking ticket clipped on my wiper for illegally parking on the common ground when i followed exactly the position of the car next to mine. A lot of spaces still vacant. Even in the basement area a lot of spaces still available but i was forced to park outside. Greed plain and simple.

The breakfast was disppointing. There are no available resto to eat inside the premise given that it was isolated somehow.

The staff are really helpful and accommodating.

The staff are really helpful and accommodating. They will do their best to meet your demand and expectation. Thanks Jenny and Malen. And ofcourse sir Joseph. For people who wish to have some pleasant stay in Cebu, I definitely recommend this apartment to stay. Conviniently located to prime locations and tourist spot. Easier to access if you plan to go southern Cebu. Amenities were great, pool clubhouse. The security personnels are really keen to inspect around for your safety, and readily available for your quiries and concerns. Thank you again for giving my parents a great time and a great home to stay.
